Migrant churches

More than 200 migrant churches in Denmark make up a colorful mosaic. Presently a new church is founded every month. KIT exists to help with the challenges connected with being church in a foreign country. Many projects in KIT have arisen from the set of problems that these churches experience. KIT also intends to build bridge between the migrant churches and the more established Danish church life. Among other things it is done by challenging Danish churches to become partner churches with the migrant churches. Practically KIT helps the migrant churches with rules, acceptance from public authorities, missionary visas and pastors’ networking.
